WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS. Hi there! We are so happy you are considering becoming a vendor at our little store. We are very lucky to have fantastic vendors who seldom leave us, so unfortunately we rarely have openings. ***First and foremost please be aware inside spaces are almost never available.*** We are not a typical antique mall in that we specialize in home decor, furniture, garden and gifts. We try for well curated well merchandised spaces. For instance if you specialize in one or two items (glassware, military collectibles, crafted items etc) we are probably not the best match for you. We require that the majority of your inventory is vintage or antique. We constantly jury applications as they arrive. We look for the best fit for our space-and whether we are the best fit for you. Please note: existing vendors get first dibs on open spaces! Many vendors wish to expand their space. After that applicants who have been pop up vendors with us, vendors we know and have experience with and friends and family who meet our juried requirements are next. After that we go to unsolicited applicants. As an unsolicited applicant it definitely helps to come in and introduce yourself. We are a small group-like a family-and it’s important to us that everyone meshes well and enjoys their experience here. We do not normally respond to each applicant individually. You are welcome to contact us and if your application ended up in the No or Maybe pile in the jury process we would be happy to talk you through our decision. Please understand this is not a “first come first served” process!!! It’s not a “wait list” it’s an application. We’ve been in business 17 years, we know what type of vendor tends to be successful with us, our existing vendors have input on our selections and the fact that we have multiple vendors that have been with us for years speaks to the fact that our juried process works.
